Ok these stabbing severe joint pains that move from one joint to the next in a split second are really weird. Anyone else get these? Are they typlical of lyme? Dr. seems to think I could also have lupus along with the lyme? Are they typical or lupus? Anyone who has lupus and lyme? Thanks.

I have the short stabbing pains but not in my joints. Mine are in the soles of my feet and in the pelvic area. I have Lyme and possibly Bartonella.

Yes, I get these stabbing pains too. At one point, my ANA was elevated and the doctors told me I have some kind of "Lupus-like syndrome" but I am convinced it is the Lyme/Bartonella I've since been diagnosed with.
My opinion is that, if Lyme infection came before the Lupus, that the Lupus is probably secondary to the Lyme and treating the Lyme is likely to significantly reduce the Lupus symptoms and may make the Lupus go away altogether (no guarantees, though).
Take care,
