Yes Citrucel is over-the-counter. Generic worked well for me also.
Actually, so did the "clear" types - the ones you can mix in with your morning drink (mines still coffee!!

I've been a member of "Real Kefir Making" for a little while & on their message board, another member said that he/she uses ground chia seeds for flea & tick control on theer dog!!!
Maybe we should all be on that!!
