Antibiotic Treatment and Hot Sunshine and Infra-red Sauna's?

Hi all-

I have a advanced case of Lyme and im just beginning my treatment. I will be doing the full spectrum of the approved treatment protocols for my co-infections, etc.

I want to move for 6-12 months to Phuket Thailand. I want to dive in the ocean and spend several hours each day in the hot sunshine.

Can I take Antibiotics and spend time in the hot sun?

What are the downsides of sunshine with Lyme Disease?
(I know the obvious skin related issues

What are the issues with various forms of Hot Sauna's? Including infra-red....

Well I have not left yet as I am trying to make a solid plan.

My wife is Japanese and we met while she was working with a work visa from a local university.
I lived in Thailand, China, India, Bali, Laos, and Vietnam for the past 7 years. I cam back 2 years ago for a family death and met my wife
Now were ready to go to Asia.

What I'm doing now is getting my treatment completely setup and organized. I want to know as many details as possible.
If the sun is too gnarly for Antibiotics then I will go to Japan. But if I can simply cover my skin and still enjoy the awesome lifestyle of swimming in the ocean everyday and all the good health food, etc. then Im off to Thailand!! My doctor in USA has agreed to manage my care anywhere in the world. He will simply instruct the local doctor in Asia. Most of the Asia doctors are well educated and often USA board certified because they were trained in the USA.

I run a web development company and have to spend some time in Sanya, Hainan China which is like Hawaii but in China So I can live anywhere there is Internet

One important fact to note is the Thailand Hospitals, especially the big ones are much higher in quality compared to USA.

Any advice on how to live "the dream" and still manage my treatment would be very much appreciated!!

i hope you enjoy your trip. the best treatment in the world is fun and joy of life. a happy soal does wonders.

only meds i can tell you not to take why in the sun is doxiy and predazone. i turned beet red and i wasnt even in the sun really. i only hobbled to my mail box and back. live in Tx so no way to stay out of the sun here and i only whent 50 feet outside.

Have you tested out how you do in the sun here? I used to thrive in the sun, now I have to be careful not to go out when it is really hot as I do really bad with heat now.
