James,

magnesium helps stop my muscle twitches. I take magnesium glycinate by metagenics (had to ge tit from the chiropractor) or magnesium hydrochloride (which I bought in Europe). Mag glycinate is easier on the stomach than other forms of magnesium.

I have never had an abnormal white blood cell count with lyme except when I got the stomach flu. I tested negative for lyme at Mayo but positive at Igenex.
