Hi everyone Just want to say hello and say keep up the fight with Lyme. After 9 years and a lot of twists and turns i finally decided in 2006 to get serious with Lyme treatment and stay with the protocol, main stream medicine is lost when it comes to understanding Lyme and what it really does to us. After 16 months of combo treatments i am doing so much better to bad if i would of found a LLMD right away maybe i would of been completely cured by now but like they say better late than never.

Hi, I have been doing biaxin and ceftin combo 500 mgs oral abx. Now i am doing Doxy 100 mgs like a maintenance deal just want to keep the buggers in there place, don't want a relapse. I went through Hell and back to get to this point but you have be aggressive and hang in there with the treatments, drink a lot of water and slack off (abx) when you herx too bad and start again when things settle down.

Some LLMD's are giving treatments in a pulsing fashion but i did my own pulsing by slacking off when things got to rough like Heart pounding, palpitations, etc. just the die offs of the spirochetes cause you to feel deathly ill like you just want to die and get it over with.

I'm so glad you are feeling better. It's so nice to read that people actually do get better. It gives all of us hope.

My doctor also makes me get off of antibiotics when I herx real bad. Did you find it helped doing this?
