New Goal for CD 57

Meant to tell you guys that more and more docs are not willing to pull antibiotics until you are symptoms free 2 months (no herxes from flagyl/bicillin).. and CD57 count up to 120! It used to be 60 was the goal for the CD57 but relapses were happening.......will keep you posted-- it is not worth checking (I think) until you are symptom-free or doing really well. It does not slowly go up - for those of us with low counts (mine has been low for years, hence the reason I am on IV) ......one day it will just go up.

pcpc, My first LLMD told me 180 before stopping tx.  Dr. B's guidelines say 150.  Mine was 34 after 6 months of Zhang's protocol.

P.S. UHC my insurance gave me a hard time (about paying for it) requesting all clinical notes, progress notes and lab results from my visit.  The only thing they haven't approved is the CD57, the first time I had it done they didn't pay calling it experiemental!
