Hi all,
I personally have not done any liver flushes, shame on me! I have been a coward.
CajunGirl, I thought Milk Thistle was used to support the liver but since I never researched milk thistle, what do I know?
Anyway, it is my understanding (correct me if I am wrong) that when one does a liver flush or cleansing, one is also doing a gallbladder cleanse as well.
A note about people without their gallbladder, somewhere I read that one doesn't need their gallbladder to do certain cleanses (depending on which one).
Dr. Jernigan has a recipe in his book (I believe both books) and that involves virgin olive oil, wolfberry juice, and a whole bunch of other ingredients that one drinks. I have not done that either as it takes much will power and even though I promised myself I would do this, I still have not to date!
If everyone would like I could type out Dr. J's recipe. I still have no idea where to buy Wolfberry Juice?? Guess I have to google more..
These are some links I found (one is from CureZone.com and if very graphic, not for the faint of heart so I suggest skipping the first link if you fall into the category of queasy from looking at graphics):

If someone is willing to do a flush with me at the same time so we can compare notes, I would be happy to do it. We can have a flush get-together!
