Jelaine,
I can not tell you how many times I read your posts and my heart really goes out to you and how you have been suffering. I wish you would try a different protocol (yes, I read that you tried some natural medicines and they made you feel sick). I don't know what you tried, I know what I tried and they didn't help me. Darn, I would hate to see you taking years and years of antibiotics.. I had a friend who was a patient of Dr. Burrascano for several years (over 10) and she didn't make it taking IV's of antibiotics.. He never once mentioned detoxing to her until I met her and explained it all. It was a sheer accident that I met her husband in town who was so concerned about her and I went to visit her, she was in a wheelchair and had lost her eye sight.. It was so very sad. I don't want this happening to you or anyone else.
Anyway, you said that as soon as you go off antibiotics you feel worse and that reminded me of something Dr. Jernigan wrote in one of his Townsend letters:
"Some people only feel good if they are taking the antibiotics. This is possibly due to the fact that some antibiotics work by impeding the growth of bacteria without actually killing them. Again we see an unacceptable solution, since this leads to years of dependency upon antibiotics. This is justified by some, due to the relief the treatment provides, even though it is but again simply a drug-induced illusion of health. "

Hope this helps a bit,
