Natural relief from nasal congestion

So many of you have asked about natural products for nasal congestion so I wanted to post about what I started using. I've been having a lot of trouble with congestion to the point of getting very bad headaches. The lady that supplies my supplements gave me something to try and OH My GOD.....it really works! I started getting that feeling of getting a headache so I tried the nasal spray and it really helped. I'm not congested anymore and that "feeling of getting a headache" is gone. It's called Sinus Rescue and it's made by Peaceful Mountain. I don't know how much it is because I was given it free to try. You can use it every 15 minutes as needed. The ingredients are elemental silver and de-ionized water.

Yeah - this sinus rescue product works wonders for my nose, too. I have the steroid spray and that used to be enough until this past year. When my doctor recommended doing a nasal rinse with colloidal silver, I went to the health food store to look for options and discovered the Sinus Rescue product. It works fantastic! (I have no financial interest in this product or the company that makes it)

this sounds great and I'm going to give it a try. I use the netti pot daily and have been using Astelin and Nasonex for about 2 years. My accupuncturist wanted me to stop those and try Aller Chord II which are herbal oral drops taken 3 times daily. They didn't help though, so I went back on the others.

thanx for sharing what products work for you. The netti pot really helps with the dry nose and is really helpful after you have to dust the house or do yard work that you really shouldn't be doing in the first place cause of allergies.

I'm with Tickedoff and LupnerRN, although I don't use the neti pot, I use the squeeze bottle (same thing, just slightly different method) - twice daily for year-round allergies. Can't believe how much this helps. For anyone who's interested, just search nasal rinse or lavage - sounds weird, but once you experience some relief you become a believer - and it's cheap too!

Well, I started feeling like I was getting a headache again and used the sinus rescue(nasal rescue) and it helped. Stopped the pressure and headache feeling and I can breathe again. I wish I had had this stuff years ago.
