I am about to have my first co- infection test. I am worried about getting the right test. I have lived on the east coast and west. I have also lived in Europe. My doc says I have symptoms of having a co-infection.

This is the list I found on this site but others have huge list. I just want to make sure I cover all relevant possibilities. Without going over board or spending way to much.

I trust my doctor but I just want to bring up anything she might miss

COMMON CO-INFECTIONS AND DISORDERS:
Babesiosis
Bartonella
Ehrlichiosis
Mycoplasma
Cytomegalovirus (CMV)
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)
Herpesvirus
HHV6

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your list looks great. The only other thing I can think of is maybe parvo virus and if you have CFS, you may want to get checked for XMRV (xenotropic murine leukemia-virus related virus), a new retro virus that they are finding in people that have CFS.

I caught parvo in 2003 it was bad. A co-worker caught it after doing volunteer work in some country(I can't remember). She came in sick then we all got it. I don't know if I have told my doctor about it. I will have to tell my doc about it. Thank you
