As I can't do dairy or soy I make my own.
I use a vita mix
flax seed (whole)
cashew (pieces)
blueberries (What ever you like)
coconut milk
In the vita mix it will grind the nuts and seeds into a butter. then add the coconut milk.
Then add the blueberries.
