So jus wanted to say thanks to everyone for their words of encouragement i went to the doctor and sat down and had a meaningful talk with him he is beginning to do lots more research on lyme seeing that i was getting so much worse he has ran test on my adrenal glands because my potassium keeps droppin to a deadly level so he has me on aldactone 50 mg  for that and my heart was racing so bad the other night i almost went into cardiac arrest they had to stop my heart 3 times to get it to finally regulate i have been diagnosed with irregular heart beat tachycardia myocarditis mitral valve regurgitation and dilated left atrium and my heart is throwin out svt so he had me on toprol 25 mg to start out with and if it doesnt help he will up the dose he also has started a nother 1 week treatment of rocephin 2 grams a day i hope this works and oh he also finnaly prescribed me somethin for pain he did a scope down my throat todat to check my stomach and its swollen prretty bad from al the ibprofen and potassium and he thinks there may be more to it than that so he took a biopsy hopefully things will start looking up for me and i want to thank you all for so much support ive only been on here for a week now and i have found hope and encouragement on here thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!!

You really been through the ringer. It is so frightening when you have all these crazy intense symptoms and you are
trying to stick out the program thinking everything is a HERX effect. Thank God they figured out what is going on and it really important that you give us the details like you did because it needs to be recorded really as another aspect of lyme and lyme treatment. So thanks for telling us. It must have been so intense for you all of this cardiac stuff.

You really do have to stay on top of your own twists and turns going through all this and it sounds like you got a handle on it.

Hope you have a great weekend and try to relax. Also I hope you did get the pain under control and are not suffering with that still.

Have you been checked for parasites like strongyloides?

I'm so sorry for everything you have been through and I am so glad that your doctor is looking further into everything for you. Please keep us updated on your situation and I hope they get it figured out soon.

My heart has been going crazy too!!! My cardiologist started my on toprol too 25 mg, and i will start it tonight. Your story scared me and I went and took a potassium supplement. I think my potassium is ok though. For now.

I went to my endo and he ran thyroid stuff and said it was ok and also checked how much adrenaline was in my blood stream, but all seamed ok on his end. Just curious...
