Almost all my other symptoms are gone now, but the snap crackle and pop remains, especially in the upper back and neck. Detox baths, rest and yoga all seem to help. I haven't been able to work out what makes it worse, but as Traveler says, it always feels better when they can pop, so I usually welcome the "happy noise"!
