I do not experience light headedness except very occasionally. But my neuro issues are bad -- at least to a degree that is very hard on me. I have no memory. I can have a conversation w/ one of my kids on the phone one evening and totally forget it the next. I search and search my memory and embarrassingly have to ask them about it. If they remind me, then I will remember.
A few times while driving I have had a very scary totally confused feeling and not know where I am (like driving home from work!). Usually resolves w/in seconds tho. But last week, I went to the Dr w/ my daughter (separately) and at a well known intersection (like the MALL), I had to pull off and sit for nearly 5 minutes before I could orient my location and which direction I needed to go. (I had to go into the convenience store and ask).
THAT was about the worst, because I KNEW that I knew where I was, but could not even place my mind on it -- it just felt totally LOST. I could not even think it thru)
I lose stuff all the time, everywhere. Some of it is never found. I can lose something without leaving an area. I make mistakes at work that I have no recollection of making. And there are too many times that my mind goes blank at work and I cannot even figure out what I am trying to do. I guess it is the 'fog'.
And I have the typical word loss, loss of thought mid sentence, unbearable depression that hits suddenly, and bad anxiety problems.
I believe that if this stuff happens, then light headedness surely can too. But w/ fainting and light headedness, you could get hurt easily. I don't know the answer for this.
Vstrength, I also have mild chest pain and increased anxiety.
