I find that exercise (if one can do it) is a great stress buster because it raises one's serotonin levels, etc. Also my portable sauna relaxes me too.. practically puts me to sleep!
I am taking natural hormone supplements since I was having a rough time ever since I entered full blown menopause and they really help! But I spent soooooooo much money to see this doctor not to mention all the tests I had to take, wow! Anyone who wants to go on bio-identical hormones (which I think is great) beware, it is very, very expensive!
