Cracking Joints Anyone?

It's actually better when they crack, it's when you can't get a good crack that the pain really starts. Yes, it is a symptom of lyme. Do you have a llmd?

my joints have always cracked pre lyme and post lyme. I don't attribute it to lyme at all. I never had joint pain or joint issues with lyme. Mine was more neuro. I did gymnastics as a child for many years and I think that was part of it, but I am always cracking my knuckles, my neck, my ankles, my elbows, my wrists, etc...It doesn't hurt me. If your joints start to hurt it could be lyme so something to maybe look into, but if it's just cracking I don't think it's anything. The noise actually comes from a release of gas and that makes the cracking sound.

After awhile, we just pray the doctors find "something" so we can have an answer and know what we're dealing with. I was sick for years and when I was finally diagnosed with cancer I was happy because I thought that was the problem all along....then after all that was over and I was still sick, I discovered mercury toxicity and thought that was the answer, not really....then came the jawbone cavitations and I thought that was the answer....now at last, I have a positive lyme test. It's very, very sad when positive tests for a dreaded disease give us hope!! I hope your LLMD can get to the bottom of your problems......
