It could be just the foods...
Dairy can have hormones and other chemicals (unless organic), and many people become somewhat lactose-intolerant as they age. This is not always the case with fermented dairy though (yogurt and kefir), just be sure to buy plain organic and flavor it yourself to avoid sugars.
Soy and wheat are often bioengineered - something that is developed to be resistant to RoundUp weed killer can't be all that good for us.
Corn is not easily digestable, and is known to have mold from the growth and storage process.
Tomatoes are part of the nightshade family, which tend to be inflammatory foods. Also in this family are all peppers (other than the black pepper seasoning), potatoes (other than sweet potatoes and yams), eggplant, paprika.
Oats are not necessarily gluten free, unless you buy oats that specifically say organic and gluten free.
I think that when you're healthy, you can eat the things that your body doesn't tolerate real well on occasion and it won't have much effect. When you're fighting off disease, it could be that your body will get more sensitive to these.
OR, it could be that you've been off them for a while, and reintroducing them into your diet makes the prior sensitivities more obvious.
May be a good idea to look at the blood type diet as well. I know for my blood type, all of these listed foods (other than oats and dairy) are on the AVOID list. Blood type diet info (eat right for your type) can be found here: http://budurl.com/er4yt
Unless I missed it, I went to this website and it's all about
buying supplements for your blood type? I didn't see anything about
foods to eat?
