This week I was getting a little worn down with my particular battle of fighting this disease.

Today i went out to play. I went snow boarding -- not exactly wise as I am a little fresh from couch duty. But what fun. I feel so much better.

Snowboarding may be out of your reach, but play is not out of any body's reach.

Go ahead, do something fun. Laugh. Move. No worries.

Well worth it.

That's great! I tried shovelling which I normally love doing and just couldn't do it. Kinda frustrating but maybe playing would be better. Glad you had fun!! I had fun christmas day and even enjoyed a kahlua and milk. Woo hoo!

You are sooo right!! Although it's just cold and muddy here, if it snows or even if it ices I like to shove my pups out the door & go romp for about 5 or 10 minutes!

Do yourself a favor come Springtime & summer time as well!!

Last summer, Hubby & I made it a point that if I could get out of bed, we would go to the lake & do something. I sooooo love to fish that if I have the strength to cast, I'll fish!!
