Though my new course of ABX for relapse has provided dramatic improvement, I am still waking up in the morning with this dopey head feeling.
I'll describe it as: non-vertigo, yet a feeling of unbalance. Need to walk slow. Top of head feels like it's floating. I feel like I'm much taller than I am--- if that makes any sense!
What's interesting, is if I read-- or type-- or watch TV, the feeling lessens a bit.
For those who haven't read my most recent posts on my relapse, this whole head thing (among other stuff) came on overnight and sent me smashing into a wall when I woke up--- a Labrinthitis type episode.
Yesterday it took until about 3:00 in the afternoon for this dopey head feeling to clear up enough that I felt reasonably okay. I hope that will happen today too.
Anyone else experience this particular sensation? And could it be part of a herx from the ABX?
This kind of head symptom is totally new for me on my Lyme journey. Very frightening!
