I see that although where I am is cold this am, those of you in the Northeast section of this country are getting lighting, thunder and snow!!!!

I do hope everyone is ready for this! Stay warm, eat well, be careful when going out & maybe check on a neighbor - especially if they are ill or are elderly.

I say for those who can get outside- go have a friendly snowball fight!!! smhair I did (with my dogs) for just a few minutes!!!!

For those who can't get out - devil see if you can talk someone else into going out & having that friendly snowball fight where you can watch!!!! yeah

Thank you for those lovely thoughts, Traveler. I shoveled about 90% then hubby joined me. I did not want him to tax himself, but he is a man and there was no stopping him today. He stayed home.

I went to work for a delayed opening. I would have stayed home but 2 of my friends, 20 years older than I, made it in. They had to go and embarrass me into it.

Meanwhile, a week into the ABX and he really can't say how he is feeling. Last Friday he took off work as well, and this Monday he looked like he had aged 20 years in a week.

These are scary times and we don't know what to expect at the next doctor's visit. She is a GP and prescribed only 3 weeks of Doxy. From what I have read, I give her credit for doing that much.

I hope she will re-prescribe for another 3 weeks at his next visit, in the very least. At that visit, he will also receive the results of the Western Blot. I have asked him to get copies of both the ELISA and the WB.

I have read those tests may not mean much in the scheme of this disease, but that is where we began--a positive blood test.

23" of snow today for us. I live 20 minutes north of Boston. But fiance had a snow day and my almost 3 year old loves to go play in the freezing cold. Felt well today so no complaints from me. That's all you can ask for.

haha I live just over the MA border in NH and we got 20 plus!!!  My body is killing me!

i live in RI and we got a lil over a foot.. my bf wouldnt let me shovel so I just played in the snow lol.... atleast i wont be hurting tomorrow for work... I love snow days... so wish I could ski again :( afraid my knees wont work or that I will get spooked out on the mountain...

Weatherperson seems to be calling for yet more snow. Are you members on the east coast going to get hammered with this next round too? I think they're saying Saturday????

i didnt hear of any snow sat. but sunday might be a mix ofrain and snow
