Everyone,

I, again, took a *&*&*& sleeping last night and still was up at 3AM. I'm so in a crappy mood!

I'm seeing Dr. today, I'm scared, I feel so alone today.

Glad you liked the poem. I thought it would be helpful.

Sleeping tip: I use time release Melatonin and I have been able to sleep better than I have in years (30+ years with lyme, undiagnosed) I tried Valerian, but couldn't tolerate it.

Hope this is helpful to all who read it.

Pos with Borrelia IgM. Dr. believes I've had for some time.

My name I chose because I volunteer at a Thereaputic Hormanship program at a camp for challenged children.

2003 I show pos Lyme then. Nothing else was done. No follow up, no treatment.

Happy in a way that I know this wasn't all in my head. I've been being tested for years and years for MS and Lupus. Now we know it's Lyme!

I also volunteer at a Therapeutic Riding Academy, which is why I wondered about your name. We work with children and adults. I love my one day a week doing this.

I understand what you mean by being relived that this wasn't all in your head (hence my name Wacko Woman!).

But I do wonder what you hope to accomplish with a lawsuit. Like others, I am concerned what this kind of stress could do. Perhaps this kind of battle would be good for you (we are all so different in how we go about our healing), but I know that for me it wouldn't have been a good thing. I just want the best for you.

I am only consulting two attorney's for input. If they feel I do not have anything to stand on, no biggy, I'm done!

What I hope to accomplish is that neglect to a patient is serious business, as I remember working in the med field.

As I view my results, it looks like an oversight. It looks like I had Lyme in 2003 and if I would have been properly treated and retested, I may not have the permanent damage I have now.

But you know, Dr.'s all stick together and I know that. Does not hurt to try, right? Gives me something to do, Ha.

Just came home to a nice surprise. They published my story in a "Guest Column" in our local paper which is disbributed in four cities.

The article was "Volunteering bests depression" I mentioned the camp I volunteer at and the blessing I receive and I'm happy it got in. I needed some good news!
