It's Confirmed!

  It's a confirmed diagnosed.  Pos for Borrelia Burg IGM.  Dr. and I believe I've had it awhile though.  See in 2003 it showed some lyme pos bands.

I feel I may have a law suit.  I asked Dr about it.  She claims some Dr. do not treat equivocals, but that's what I have now!   I said , so!  That should have been followed up, don't you think?   She agreed!

I'm going to consult two attorneys.  But do I really want all the headache and stress?  And this is the medical facility I worked for that let me go.  They wouldn't grant me FMLA either!  I was sooooo ill and didn't know why!!

I just saw your post here. Why do you think you have a lawsuit? Because you lost your job? I am not sure what you meant.

I wouldn't hurt to consult an attorney to see what they say. You may be right about the headache and stress though.....

IMO- the stress of it all could possibly hamper your progress.

Here's the story. I worked for a med facility with the Dr. and he also was my personal Dr. (I may have mentioned all this, but the brain is going, so sorry)

2003 blood testing shows Equivocal Lyme IgM- I was not treated ( Dr. now says some Dr. just don't do that) I said, don't you think I should have had a follow up blood test? Yes, she said.

It was neglect, now that's a different story. In the process of this all my illness affected my job, I was fired. Prior to all this I asked for FMLA and was denied. Why? Conflict of interest because the Dr. worked there and was my Dr.

Oh, I'm gonna try! I'll take it to the news if I have to! It won't be the first time I've made the news. I am a regular writer in the local paper here so I've got the desire to fight it out.
