Been taking A-bab for the past 8 months, using homeopathic supplements to ease the herx reaction. Next may be A-L with the long term goal of antibiotics. Daily exercise really helps me as well as meditation when I get the chance. Anxiety, sore neck, and tingling is not completely gone, but depression I had off and on in life is. My short-term memory has improved noticeably overall but i am still working on that aspect as well. Still, I feel spacey most of the time, and am working on trying to balance that out. So far, running seems to help, or getting a good sweat going. I was thinking it may be diet, too..Any suggestions from people in similar situations? Best wishes to all:)
