Maybe its the coming of spring... but my fatigue seems to be fading. I am feeling more sustained energy and less brain fog. People have been quick to criticize my "speedy" recovery after being infected for 2 years... but I'm on your team and we all have unique paths to health. I chose to be super proactive in changing my lifestyle, diet, and exercise. Find what works for you and go for it full speed. Lyme makes life a living hell and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. So get better people.
I wanted to share some of the herbs and supplements I have been using. Keep in mind these aren't for treating an active infection. Thats what antibiotics are for. This list is for recovery and feeling better especially from fatigue and brain fog. Heres my winners... most effective on top.
Reishi Mushroom - I use a supplement that also has a variety of other mushrooms combined

Ginseng
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Astaxanthin
Green Tea
Ginko Biloba
Gotu Kola
Inositol
The Reishi, Astragalus, and Ginseng top my list. I have only been using these for a few weeks but I feel they have made a huge difference so far. If you think about the science behind Chinese medicine... there is none. Its pretty much based on what makes you feel good. They have been using the same stuff for thousands of years... and now modern science is actually proving that alot of their herbs really do have positive effects in our bodies.
