You might want to start a separate thread entitled, "Looking for an LLMD in VA" to get responses from our membership.
Mostly LLMD's do not accept insurance as they would then be fettered by how they could treat their Lyme patients. You can submit your bills (cost of treatment and testing) to your insurance company for reimbursement.
