I guess my question is whether I should continue to run. While it does feel ok when I run, it seems to worsen the day or two after the run. For instance, I did 11 miles on Sunday... and today it feels tight. But when I get up and walk around, it feels better. It's like it's loosening up.
I have blood results but they aren't from Igenix. Would that help on any level? They are from Quest. Not sure what this means, but this is what it says... (any help interpreting this is appreciated)
