For some reason, I have been eating horrible lately!!!! I have had such bad cravings for sugar and just about
anything I can get my hands on!! I usually NEVER crave sugar and have been SO good about
my eating habits since I have the lyme....no sugar, no gluten, no dairy and almost no processed foods. I don't know what's come over me! I have gained six pounds! I'm thin so the six pounds isn't a major ordeal, but I know that I need to return to my healthy eating patterns to combat this lyme and before I blow up like a hot air balloon!
My sister is coming into town for the weekend, so I'm making a commitment that on Monday, I start a detoxing program which includes green smoothies (I use the greensmoothiegirl dot com ideas), I will begin using my far infrared sauna everyday, no alcohol (which I'm not drinking now anyway) and as much as I can raw diet with hardly any processed foods.
