Psychiatric herx? Oh my...

I'm back to having the strangest sleep disturbances. I was having night terrors a while back a few nights a week, but now I don't even know what's going on! Something weird happened as I was about to fall asleep last night...all of a sudden I was wide awake, with this awful vibrating sensation in my ears that came in waves and then I started having random auditory hallucinations...just random words in this deep voice...

I couldn't sleep until 7am!! Then I slept until noon. All day I've been in the weirdest funk...I honestly feel like I'm going crazy right now. I feel like I'm stuck in a half sleep state or something. I'm really creeped out. The only thing I can think of is that I recently started cats claw...I assume whatever is going on has something to do with my treatment unless I have a brand new psychiatric problem all of a sudden. Has anyone had anything similar happen? I'm kind of freaking out and my head feels like there's so much pressure and...I just really don't like this.

I have heard that cat's claw can definitely cause herx's. That is probably what is happening here! Before I knew I had lyme, I saw a natureopathic who wanted me to take cat's claw to see if anything happened because she suspected lyme from my symptoms.
