Co-infections without lyme

The questions I have is this: Is it possible to have a co-infections such as babesia etc. but not actually have Lyme? Or can you not have one without the other?

No, not really. just wondered if it ever happens. I do think I have at least one co-infection and had the slight hope that maybe it isn't Lyme, just the co-infection. I'm still waiting on my Lyme results to come back. Meanwhile, trying to educate myself and decide what path to take if it is Lyme.
