Lyme disease and sinus problems.

I thought this might help someone. For twenty years I have had problems with sinus infections. However when I contracted lyme disease it became constant. I would get off antibiotics and my misery would come right back. I have tried everything and I finally found something simple that works for me, Apple cider vinegar. I consume two tablesoons daily and it has made me much better.. If you google sinus problems and vinegar you will see that many others have found relief with this simple home cure. Now it is hard to down so heres what I do. I mix it with equal parts juice and just gulp it down then wash down with more juice. Hope this helps. God bless, Kevin  

interesting, I have been thinking about trying this of late....my sinus problems are not too bad - just a background nuisance that there. I think it has to do with the toxins and/or inflammatory response of Lyme.

Yes I use the stuff from the store.. What it does for me is it thins the mucus so I can expel it..Normally I can't even blow my nose because my sinus is so impacted.

Yep after 20 years the changing weather enabled me to breathe better...

A lot of people do seem to get relief from the netipot but for me it never helped.. Guess keep trying till you find what works for you..
