Most likely no one here except Traveler will remember me, but I was a part of this forum a few years ago. I was a member as "finding721" then. In the past few years I have been healing and healing and healing!! I am very grateful to be feeling better and hope that I might leave an encouraging word here.
To my good friend Traveler that talked me through sooo many tough days, thank you very much!! It is no surprise to me to see you as the new moderator You are a positive light to those around you and a blessing to have as a friend. I know I say it a lot but that is because it is true!!
To all the new and old lyme forum members I wish you the best on your journey to healing! I firmly believe that positive thinking and good self-care are invaluable to getting better and that everyone's path to healing can be unique! For me the most important step was deciding there IS light at the end of the tunnel and people can heal from this!
For some the healing may come quicker with antibiotics and for some natural healing techniques and supplements may be of great help! The important thing is to never surrender to the lyme!!! Everyone here has a unique body and a unique tolerance to different antibotics and naturals, and debating which is better gets you nowhere!!!
Take joy in the encouragement from your moderators!! There is nothing like friendship during time of illness and friendship overcomes all differences of opinion. I wish the best to everyone!!!!!!!!!
