I wanted to ask if anyone here has tried to practice the 5 Tibetan Exercises (aka Five Tibetan Rites).
My friend, seing that I am not doing to well healthwise, suggested to try them. She, as well as her mom, do them every day and attribute their good health to them.
It is a set of 5 short exercises, that you are supposed to be repeated a few times each. Starting with 3 times each and adding more with every week.
They are supposed to be good for enhancing the detoxification process, encreasing circulation etcetera.
The only problem is - you do need healthy shoulders and knees to be able to do them, especially the 4th one, which is really impossible for me with my aching right shoulder. I kind of try to substitute it with something similar.
