for all those who do B12 shots!! question!

so i ordered b12 injections with my lyme doctor the last week in september and administered one in october myself but had a slight skin reaction and also was experiencing abdominal symptoms from my antibiotics so thought it best to take a break from the b12 to heal my stomach first (where i administer the injections). now i figured after finals, it is a good time to start them over break. however i looked at the bottle and it says to discard after 12/21! a few days ago! does the b12 really go bad that quickly or do you think it is safe to take the shots? im thinking it is likely maybe less effective but shouldnt hurt me?

Why don't you give your pharmacist a call? I think the pharmacist should be able to tell you whether to toss it, or if it's just not as potent, but still safe to use.
