Just tried out this recipe and it is quite good. Was finding it hard to get plain gluten free crackers - the flavored ones always have some little bit of something you don't really want to eat.
Tested two batches - brown rice, quinoa & oat flour and one with buckwheat & br. rice flower. Both good. Tried a section with celery seed and another with caraway seed, both good too. They are easy to make and would be fun to make with kids too.
