If you google plums and oranges they are high sugar :(.
The Atkins or South Beach Diet has a good list of low, medium and high sugar fruits. Raspberries and one other are the lowest by their measure.
I do an apple a few times a week, strawberries same as they are med. Drag huh.
I hate to say it but figs and dates are high sugar and they'll feed the bugs. I looked at the Larabar site and soooo delicious. Even though they're more natural and healthy, I think their bars are food for the lymes. And dairy turns into lactose which turns into sugar.
