It brings you right back to being a kid, forced to eat your peas, doesn't it?
Loss of appetite is pretty tough to deal with - the first thing that pops to mind is ginger being good for nausea/feeling sick to your stomach. Maybe try a bit of ginger tea to settle your stomach? Sometimes you just have to choke down the food and move on - it's so important to keep your body fueled up and ready to fight!
I know the feeling though, with my meds I have a 10-minute window and a very strict schedule in which I have to eat every meal, every snack, etc., and on days when I feel sick to my stomach it can feel like torture! Just keep the food light and tasteless, and drink plenty of water along with it! Hang in there!
