Bartonella without rash..

My treatment for lyme has went well but now my Dr is treating me for Bartonella. He is convinced I have it but I'm not so sure.. There are a few general symptoms that I have that also go with lyme. I have not however had ones like the streaked rash or sore feet. I guess my question is this have others had this illness without those symptoms?

I have bart and was treated separately from the initial lyme treatment. LLMD started me on rifampin...when this occurred for several weeks some signifcant bart symptoms seemed to surface. Originally I had more vague symptoms (one time rash, some muscle aches, feet tingle and some nerve issues) but when I started rifampin the symptoms were amplified and then now, finally, I am starting to get better (after 4 months of being on rifampin). Bart is a tough one, but my LLMD wants to tease all or most of these infections out of my body.

If you start the bart treatment hopefully you can tolerate the antibios....
