What makes me more angry is they are building a new facility in Manhattan, KS.
Right in the heart of our country. And about 2hrs from me. But we dont have a shore
line for dumping so what going to happen to all the waste... Sad just sad

Have you read Lab 257? I haven't gotten through it all (the idea of all of this is too scary to think about) but I hear it's good.

Yeah, it's a book by Michael C. Carroll - here's a link to one place you could get it, although you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere or in a library.

I can't vouch for how good it is - I only made it through part of it and got too frustrated to think about scary stuff like this!

I read it from the library. I thought it was skim-worthy, though some parts I did slow down and read more thoroughly. Some of it is about the personal lives of the creators of the lab, their work history, etc. So it doesn't focus specifically on Lyme at all. This doesn't mean it wasn't interesting or important; if a Hollywood thriller was made about Plum, no one would believe it was real!
