Numb head and head ache. Help me please.

I have not been here in a while.

Between lyme and work I just don't have it in me.

I've been having alot of numbness thru my face and head. I think that I'm swallen at the base of my scull also.

My vision is blurred, it seems to be happening more now.

I was dx will lyme just over a year ago and on abx treatment for just as long, but never knew when I got it. Found no tick or rash.

Just wanted to see what everyone thinks.

I get numbness in my face...on and off, also in other parts of my body. My left thigh seems to get numb a lot and I feel like different areas of my skin have a burning sensation. Daily head pressure and pain. Extreme dizziness and vertigo. Feels like my brain gets a sudden zap and it;s scary, makes me think I'm having a stroke. I could write a book on everything I have felt and had problems with in the last 10 years.

I'm not a Dr. but it sounds like you weren't treated long enough.

I agree. Are you continuing on any type of maintenance treatment? It sounds like you possibly weren't treated long enough and even if you were, I believe you have to keep on top of the bacteria as you never really get rid of all of it. I too get facial pain/numbness and am recently getting tension headaches again. Trying to get to the bottom of it and hoping it is a deficiency of some sort. Headed to my LLMD on monday. In addition, are you detoxing? Try drinking lemon water which will help detox as well as alkalize your body.

I am still on treatment. Heading to see my LLMD now.

I'm still working and there's alot of stress involved. Just need to get thru 2 1/2 more weeks then off for the summer. Not sure I'm going to make it.

I'm suppose to collect unemployment for the summer and really don't want to mess that up. Go back to work in Sept.

Just feels like the ship is going down and I'm having trouble keeping my head above water.

You can do it. It'll will all be worth it to relax all summer. Let us know how you make out at LLMD.

Back up to 3 abx.

I did have a temp and we figured that with working around kids all day I most likely go some "bug".

Wants me to stay home the next two days so the abx get into my system so I am protected from those "bugs" the kids are so willing to share. lol

Told to rest.

I see lots of water with lemon and long soaks in a hot tub for the next four days so I can get back to work for the last two weeks.
