Any sweating is better than none -sweating pushes toxins out through the skin and the skin is our largest detoxing organ. I never thought about
dry skin brushing
before going out into the heat & sweating, but in theory I think it would work
-but that's more of a guess than having hard data to back me up!
Exercising has it's own benefits - not only does it elevate the body temp (thus killing more bacteria naturally), but it increases the oxygen your body is getting (also killing more bacteria naturally) - and that's not to mention the benefits of exercising just for exercising! I don't believe for detoxing purposes that anyone
must be exercising in order to benefit from sweating. No one is exercising in their saunas and yet they are detoxing very well in there through sweating!
