Eczema on Face

I don't know if this is related to Lyme, stress, or just something else, but I have been experiencing bad eczema on my face for the past month. I know steroids are a no no, but I think I may have to use a topical steroid for this to go away. I work with makeup, so I have to get rid of it quickly. Does anyone have any advice or home remedies. It wouldn't be so bad if it was anywhere else but my face.

I have terrible sensitive skin that reacts to absolutely everything. So...how is your diet? And even so how is the weather? Has it recently changed? Ive recently been diagnosed with an allergy to heat where I break out in hives when exposed to any sort of heat including on my face...yippie - not. So I understand what a pain this can be.
Doing simple changes to my diet *sometimes* helps like adding tons more raw greens. I highly recommend drinking apple cider vinegar daily. This works wonders to the complexion. Dilute 1-3tbsp in a glass of water.
There is a product called Argan Oil that is wonderful. I wouldn't use any cream or product on your face that isn't pure as that will only make it worse...or just suppress the underlying problem.

If its stress try GABA.
