Sorry to hear about your recent tests, and I hope you and your daughter get well soon.
Lyme can be found in all body fluids, but as far as I understand it can only actually survive in blood/body tissues. As soon as it comes out of the body it dies, hence it is so hard to culture lyme disease. You don't need to worry about usual body contact e.g. urine, tears etc. There is evidence that lyme can be passed on via blood, but as with AIDS, this is extremely unlikely to happen during normal day to day contact. If your daughter does unfortuantly have lyme you don't need to worry about her passing it on.
