Toothpaste with Floouride

Yes. Fluoride in toothpaste is completely unnecessary. If your city water has fluoride, you really don't need it and can contribute to heavy metal poisoning.

Look into having you're metal fillings removed also if you have them.

Some Lymies that are heavy metal toxic even go as far as putting a chlorine filter on their shower heads.

If you haven't had heavy metal testing yet, make sure you LLMD does it! this is very important.

I'm very doubtful you got a cavity just because of stopping the fluoride. With Lyme, the pH in your mouth and body is screwed up all the time. And being on antibiotics doesn't help the health of your mouth much.

Make sure you're watching your sugar intact. Its very easy to get systemic yeast problems.
I agree with just doing a couple teeth at a time. I just did a couple two months ago and will do more at the end of the year.

Tom's makes a good fluoride free toothpaste too. You can do a water/peroxide rinse to help with mouth health. You can brush you teeth with it too to help with dark staining from abx.
