There are many different thing you can use.
I have found that most of the detox baths have epsom salts and hydrogen proxide in them.
It's what works best for you. I like to have something the smells nice also. And a nice smelling candle. And some soft music. lol
Anything that helps you relax and draw out toxins. Oh and dry brushing is also popular. Try different ones until you find what works best for you.
