Yo,
Anyone else have an issue of palpitations with difficulty to sleep?Someone was just telling me it sounded like a food reaction. I am thinking maybe humidity. I should buy some benadryl!

Actually those are symptoms of Babesia.

Magnesium always helped my palps.

I have had very bad palpitations but mine was from hypothyroidism and/or low potassium.
If you are on a diuretic it may cause low potassium.
