I feel like im finally making some right choices. I try to eat organic cayenne in my food everytime I cook,and just bought some organic garlic powder today. I use pink himalayan sea salt every day in food. Coconut oil raw and in food. So yeah,a lot of anti parasitc,viral type foods. Trying to do more greens do. I do organic romaine salads once day,but today I bought some organic kale to put with it. Back into avocadoes to. Cooked green cabbage twice this week,trying to do more meals without meat,try and balance stuff out. I also ate some organic grass fed hen chicken broth on stove tonight. Do trace minerals daily to balance with the sea salt. Taking an herbal blend from holistic doc for adrenals. It makes sense..for 10 years ive had allergies,etc. They can be linked to adrenals,as well as other problems. It has 2084mg withania, 1666mg licorice, skullcap 1042mg,and korean ginseng 208mg. No results yet,but..I am only taking it once day. Doc said to do 2x day. Drinking raw milk now to 8oz day. Doing better with good proteins to. Should be doing testing next couple weeks for lyme,candida,Vitamin D. I found a site where you get discounts for labwork. Few days away from completing my humaworm brand liver cleanse. I have seen tons of worms come out,not sure if its ones that were in there,or left over from my worm cleanse last winter. It has been rough but only in the sense of being blocked up. Last few days has been great though. I have been drinking like 8-90 ounces of water pretty much the whole cleanse to. I've been going very regular and smooth. I do 1-2 cups of fruit a day. Doc said 1,but im doing 2. need the fiber anyway,lol. Still not sure if have candida or not,maybe after my test. Last doc said my tongue didnt look like someone with yeast,but the naturopath thought I had it for sure,hmmm. That is all :)
