Migraines are a common sign of not only Lyme, but Babesia as well. Take care of your migraine, as you don't want it to go for any longer than it has too!!
I know how bad they can get!
I would suggest that if the Neurontin isn't doing much for you that you stop taking it. Your body is already full of toxins, there's no reason to just keep adding more stuff for your body to deal with if it's not actually helping you.
If you haven't started yet, I would also heavily suggest that you get started detoxing as described in the "New to Lyme?" thread. It should really help with the nerve issues you are having (the left foot thing, the back of the thigh thing and others). Please don't get the water very hot the first couple of times that you use the detoxing though, as hot water can set off it's own herx for some people (I was one).
I do have to say that you really need to be seen by a LLMD. Your symptoms match up with Neuro Lyme and a possible Babesia infection from the little bit that I know about
these infections.
