lyme and candida

Hi everyone


Quick question: how do you treat Lyme if you have candida?
Just thinking about the antibiotic situation etc....probiotics or use impressed and cats claw?

Hi Jolene,
You should be using a good quality probiotic - and use more than is recommended, about 3 times more to be effective at helping with the candida and with replenishing the good bacteria that the abx will kill off each time you take it. Even herbal abx will kill off some of the good bacteria that you need, so it doesn't matter whether you use natural meds, or pharmaceutical meds to treat these infections, you should be taking a good probiotic.
