Looking for LLMD in NC

I am fairly certain I am ill with some form of chronic Lyme disease although basic testing has been negative. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a LLMD in NC? I live in Southern Pines, but can travel to Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Winston Salem very easily. I would actually be willing to travel any distance to get some help. I know you aren't allowed to post names of physicians on the site, but I have enabled my email as someone else was directed in another post. Thank you

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease on October 17, 2012. I live in Eastern, NC and I too, need a LLMD ASAP! I am willing to travel any distance needed to receive experienced treatment. As soon as my test came back positive my primary physician referred me to a doctor in Greenville. I have spent days trying to contact the referring office and my primary physician to get answers about why I still DO NOT have an appointment.

I am not returning to my primary physician nor do I have any intention of seeking treatment at the referring doctor.

I am frustrated and scared. My joints are deformed on my hands. My whole body tingles & twitches. The soles of my feet hurt. My boss allows me to nap at work in the board room so I don't fall asleep going home. I had a TEE on Tuesday and it has been confirmed that I will eventually need heart surgery to repair/replace my heart Mitral Valve.

Not to mention that my mother died 3 years ago from Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and in 1987 my father died from ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease).

Any information would be appreciated.
