Probiotics

They say 2 hours after antibiotics and some also do 2 hours before as well. There's a company called Flora that makes good probiotics and another one called Primadopholus. In general the refigated onces seem like the way to go as it's live bacteria so refigerated ones generally stay fresh.

No problem

My doctor tells me to take 1 Culturelle and 2 Biffido, 30 minutes before I eat. When I dont take it, I feel it. Sometimes, I get problems gastrointestinal problems and I take this powder that I mix with a few ounces of water (really like a shot glass worth cuz I hate the taste). Its called Glutagenics by a company called Metagenics. Again, I hate the test, but wow, nothing works better to clear up the gut and fix things in there.

I have a 97 year old aunt with diverticulitis, who has constant intestinal problems and I got some for her, and she is like a new woman!
